Due to illegal representation: Proof of your residency in the distribution area is required when receiving a commodity package. Examples of proof are a valid driver’s license or state identification, a utility bill, telephone bill, or cable bill.

If you are picking up food for a household other than your own, you must have a completed authorization form signed by the head of that household. Individuals receiving an allotment of food commodities for their household, do not need an authorization form. An authorized representative can only pick up an allotment for one household per distribution, other than his/her household, if he/she qualifies.
