PCA's Low Income Energy Assistance Program is now closed for the FY13 funding season. To enquire about an application submitted November 1, 2012 through February 15, 2013, please call 404.537.4300 to speak to a customer service representative.
The program is expected to reopen for the FY14 funding period on November 1, 2013.
